Judikay, whose full name is Judith Kanayo-Opara, was born on October 26, 1994. She is a renowned Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader known for her deep, soul-stirring worship music. Born in Sango Otta, Ogun State, she hails originally from Oshimili South Local Government Area in Delta State, Nigeria.

She completed her secondary education at Dalos College, Ota, and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Redeemer’s University in Osun State. Her passion for music began early, as she served in her local church choir before becoming a backup vocalist for gospel artist Florocka.

Judikay officially began her music career in 2013 with the release of her first single, “Nobody Else.” However, she came into the limelight in 2019 after the release of “More Than Gold” — a powerful worship song that featured Mercy Chinwo. That same year, she released her debut album, Man of Galilee, which included several hit tracks that established her as one of Nigeria’s leading female gospel artists.
