Kaestrings (real name Kingsley Innocent Owoicho-Oche) is a Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, worship leader, and acoustic guitarist known for his heartfelt, soul-stirring worship music. He was born on November 24, 1993, into a Christian family of seven children and hails from the Idoma tribe in Benue State, though he grew up in Zaria, Kaduna State where his musical journey began in church choirs.
Kaestrings first gained wide recognition with his worship anthem “Ga Shi Nan (He Is Here)”, which became popular in churches and Christian gatherings. His music blends Hausa and English lyrics and features simple acoustic guitar arrangements that invite listeners into intimate worship.
He is affiliated with Koinonia Global / Eternity Network International under Apostle Joshua Selman, where he serves as a worship leader, and in 2025 he signed with Integrity Music’s Integrated Music Rights (IMR) to expand his international reach.
